Keeping Kids Active at Home
Children should accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity every day, while Adults need 30!
It’s great to clock up some physical activity each day for health, wellbeing and quality of life – sometimes it is hard to get started but we encourage you take little steps forward – it can make us all feel better!

Try:
- Go for a bike ride
- Create an obstacle course and/or treasure hunt
- Kids Yoga
- Have a dance party
- Play some games
- Do some gardening
